In Pedernales' project (Dominican Republic), SoliDive have just started the diver training program with the community’s youth to train and capacitate them to become professional snorkel guides for responsible tourist activities in this beautiful Caribbean area. 

This training, is fantascic opportunity to break the cycle of poverty as it will provide them with a sustainable basic livelihood, but on the other hand, they must be responsible , committed and active participants if they want to become Divemaster in the next future.
